Hearing of Unnao rape case is going on in Tis Hazari Court of Delhi. Where the Delhi court on Friday, 9th August, framed the charges against accused MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar.
The court said that there is enough evidence to decide the charges against Senger.
The court has framed charges against MLA Kuldeep Sengar under sections 120b, 363, 366, 109, 376 (i) of IPC and POCSO Act 3 & 4.
The Allegations are True: CBI
Let us tell you that during the earlier hearing, the CBI had told the judge that during their investigation they understood that the allegations against Kuldeep Singh Sengar were true.
Kuldeep Singh Sengar raped the victim on June 4th, 2017 and Shashi Singh was also true. Based on this, they filed a charge sheet in the court.
The CBI had told the court that Shashi Singh took the victim to Kuldeep Singh Sengar’s house on the pretext of getting her a job.
They placed the victims’ statement in front of the judge.
The CBI told the court that there was no one present at the house. There was no security personnel there either. The victim did not tell anyone in the house about going there.
Shashi took her inside the house through the back door. As soon as the victim was entering the house, Kuldeep Singh Sengar appeared in front of her. He pulled the victim’s hand and took her inside the room.
Victim Shifted to AIIMS Delhi
The police shifted the accused Kuldeep Singh Sengar to Tihar Jail in Delhi after the orders from the Supreme Court.
They have also brought the victim to AIIMS for treatment. Where she is undergoing treatment. The injured victim’s lawyer has also been brought to AIIMS. He is in a coma.
The Supreme Court ordered the CBI that proper arrangements for the stay of the victim’s family should be made around AIIMS.
Also, a sealed report has been sought from the CBI on the security of witnesses.
The Tis Hazari court has also issued directions to the DGP of Uttar Pradesh with witnesses. Along with this, they have issued a decree to provide all the documents related to the case to the lawyers of the victim.
