At present, Bollywood actor Siddharth Malhotra is shooting in Kargil for his upcoming film Shershah. Siddharth Malhotra, who is active on social media, keeps updating fans through Instagram.

The actor has recently shared one of his workout videos on Instagram. It looks like a simple battle rope workout, but let us tell you it is not an ordinary workout.

This video is of Siddharth Malhotra’s high altitude training. Along with the video, Siddharth wrote, “Be stronger than your excuses. While training high altitude in the mountains.” Let us tell you that high altitude training is difficult with normal fitness training. In this, workouts are done in areas with low oxygen, because of which the body gets tired quickly.

Talking about Sher Shah film, we will see Siddharth Malhotra playing a double role in it. The film will be based on the story of Captain Vikram Batra. Vikram Batra, an Indian Army soldier, was awarded the Paramveer Chakra. The film is being directed by Vishnu Vardhan. And, it will release in the year 2020.

More videos of Siddharth’s training for Sher Shah have also come on social media earlier. In one video, we saw him rope climbing.

These days Siddharth is getting ready for his role by staying in high air pressure areas. Siddharth is also in the news these days about his personal life. The news of him being in a relationship with Kiara Advani is coming on social media. However, in a conversation with the media, he has told that he is not in a relationship with Kiara.
