Kami Rita Sherpa is 49 years old. He completed the 23rd trek on the world’s highest peak Mount Everest. According to the report of The Himalayan Times, earlier, Sherpa made a record of conquering Mount Everest on the summit of Everest last year for the 22nd time last year.

Sherpa reached the 8,850-meter high peak with other mountaineers on Wednesday morning. “Kami Rita Sherpa broke his own record of successfully reaching Mount Everest. His achievement on this context of climbing Mount Everest at around 7:30 in the morning on behalf of Nepal, reaching the world’s highest peak,” the newspaper quoted Seven Summit Tracks president Mingma Sherpa as saying. He could not complete the climb in 1995, because before reaching the summit, one of his partners became ill. In 2017, Kami became the third person to climb Mt. Everest 21 times. Apart from this, Apa Sherpa and Phurba Tashi Sherpa had achieved this achievement before retiring. Kami had the record of climbing Mt. Everest mostly in 2018.
