As a standard configuration, it will use only one display in SmartWatch, while the rest of the screen will fit within smaller compartments made in the device. Users will be able to make them larger or smaller as per their requirement. For the bigger screen, all its displays have to be opened.

In the year 2016, IBM had filed a patent titled ‘Variable Display Size for an Electronic Display Device’. It was approved on June 11, 2019. They published it in the USPTO (United States Patent and Trademark Office) database.

When the full 8 display is unfolded, the phone goes into tablet mode, which has to be operated with both hands. However, the company has not ratified it regarding how this patent will work. According to the information given in a Dutch news site patent, it has released its 3D photographs.
