Harvey Weinstein, who once ruled Hollywood, is behind bars today. He has been charged with rape and sexual violence with two women in a New York court. The 12-judge bench gave this ruling in the hearing of the case which lasted for 6 weeks. He will be sentenced on March 11, but until then, 67-year-old Winstein will remain in prison.

Harvey is the co-founder of two major Hollywood production and distribution companies (Miramax and the Weinstein Company). Harvey has produced ‘The Crying Game’, ‘Pulp Fiction’, ‘Shakespeare in Love’ through these companies. His films have received more than 300 Oscar nominations so far. Apart from films, Harvey is also very strong politically. He has also raised funds for Democratic Party candidates such as Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton. According to media reports, the party gave Chanda to charity after serious allegations surfaced in 2017.
