Vikram Singh Sandhu, the grandson of Shaheed Bhagat Singh, has campaigned in favor of BJP’s current MLA Narendra Pawar in the election. Also, the BJP has cut Pawar’s ticket this time. But he is contesting from Kalyan (West) seat as an independent candidate.

On Wednesday, Sandhu inaugurated Pawar’s election campaign office in Shivaji Chowk area of ​​Kalyan. This is the first time that a member of the family of Shaheed-e-Azam will seek votes while campaigning in favor of a politician.

Voting for the 288 assembly seats in Maharashtra is on October 21. The results will be announced on October 24. However, BJP has also given ticket to the descendants of Chhatrapati Shivaji and Lokmanya Tilak this time.

Shivendra Singh Bhonsle, a descendant of Chhatrapati Shivaji from Satara Assembly, is contesting. At the same time, Mukta Tilak, coming from the house of Lokmanya Tilak, is contesting as a BJP candidate from the Peth Assembly.

CM Devendra Fadnavis is contesting from Nagpur South-West. BJP state president Chandrakant Dada Patil is in the fray from Kothrud assembly. However, apart from this, Pankaja Munde has once again got a ticket from Parli assembly.

Atul Bhonsle, president of Pandharpur Vitthal Mandir Devasthan, is contesting from Karad South. Also, With this, Udayan Raje Bhonsle, a descendant of Shivaji, has been given a ticket in the Satara Lok Sabha by-election.
