Then those who do not sleep at all during the day.

When this study began, about 58 percent of the participants in the study said that the bunkers had not taken a nap during the day in the previous week, while 19 percent said they had taken a nap once or twice. About 12 percent blinked 3 to 5 times and 11 percent snoozed 6 to 7 times.

By the end of the study, the researchers concluded that people who snoozed or slept once or twice a day during the day reduced the risk of the heart attack, stroke, and heart failure by 48 percent compared to those who did not. Did not sleep at all during the week. This study was observational, researchers did not do any study on its cause and effect on why taking a nap once a day is good for heart health.

Just a 20-minute nap during the day is enough

However, according to the lead author of the study, taking a nap in the day can be considered good for the day because the stress level which increases when sleep is not completed, decreases by taking a nap during the day. However, nothing has been said in this study about how long to sleep or to take a nap. But according to the National Sleep Foundation, a 20-minute nap during the day is enough to improve your mood and to make you more alert.
