Samajwadi Party lawmaker Azam Khan has 27 cases registered in Jauhar University for grabbing the land of farmers.
Now the district administration has clamped down on the MLA Abdullah Azam Khan, son of Samajwadi Party MP Azam Khan.
They accuse Abdullah of illegally occupying the drain land. In this matter, they issued a notice to the canal block department. However, on Friday, the Irrigation Department dropped a boundary wall of the resort Humsafar from the bulldozer.
The villagers complained
Executive Engineer of Irrigation Department Naveen Kumar said that Sahadat Khan of Pasiapura Shumali village had made a complaint that there was an encroachment on some land of the irrigation department. We got our staff to check that place. They monitored the place.
Investigation confirms illegal occupation
The investigation revealed the fact that a Badkusia drain was constructed there. They issued a notice under Section 70 of the Canal Act and took the land free of the canal section. The administration has broken the walls of the resorts if the resort did not give up possession of the land of the canal department.
They captured Five Thousand Hectares of Land For University
There is a case registered against Azam Khan and his ally Allay Hasan for capturing the five thousand hectares of land of 26 farmers for their Jauhar University. They have registered many cases against him in this case. They allege it that Azam Khan and his close Hasan grabbed land from the farmers and used it to build the multi-crore mega project Mohammad Ali Jauhar University.
Police Raided Jauhar University
The Uttar Pradesh Administration raided Jauhar University in Rampur.
Meanwhile, the police have got around 300 books so far. The police say they stole these books.
These books are about 100 to 150 years old. So far they have detained four employees of the university in this case.
Police Captain Ajay Pal Sharma says that these ancient books were stolen from 1774 established Madarsa Alia in Rampur. They have recovered this book from the Library of Jauhar University.
Jauhar University belongs to Samajwadi Party’s senior leader and MP, Azam Khan.
At present, the administration has deployed many police forces outside the university.
